Professional Bio

Sristy Choudhury holds a bachelors degree in English Literature and a Film Production degree from Vancouver Film School. After graduating she started working on Hollywood Productions.

She has worked alongside actors such as Vera Farmiga, Finn Wolfhard, Martin Sheen and even been a part of

Steven Spielberg's production.

Her film Circus of Dreams produced by Norwegian Film Company Beyond Cinematics won her the Best Cinematography Award at the LA International Women's Film Festival.

In 2015 she moved to India and co-founded the very viral organisation Delhi Poetry Slam along with Saumya Choudhury. The organisation spearheaded a revolution among the youth as it launched the open mic culture in India allowing for spoken word to flourish. DelSlam gained international recognition for hosting cross-cultural festivals, workshops and writing residencies.

It is now successfully in its 10th year and only growing by the day.

In 2023, Sristy launched the Two Roads Studio along with Saumya Choudhury. Two Roads Studio is a non-profit organisation that helps women entrepreneurs make big numbers without losing their femininity. The studio located in the Parliament Street of Delhi and is open to female founders for training, networking and for having a sense of community.​​​
